1. Students gone bad after 1949

I've found a law: before 1949, all the student movements,  from the May 4th Movement to 12.9 Movement, and the 1947 Anti-Hunger and Anti-Civil-war Movement, are patriotic movement; and after 1949, all of the student movements are instigated by outside forces. I could not help thinking, why after the regime established in 1949, students gone bad?
